When our couple dreamed of their wedding day, they knew it had to be a celebration that brought their two worlds together—Indian and Western traditions woven into one vibrant, joy-filled weekend. They chose Masia Egara, a 16th-century Catalan estate just outside Barcelona, as their wedding destination—and it was nothing short of magical.
With guests flying in from across the globe, the atmosphere was electric with excitement, anticipation, and so much love.
A Ceremony to Remember—Even the Rain Joined In
The outdoor ceremony was beautifully set in Masia Egara’s lush gardens, with floral mandaps and soft pastels echoing both cultures. Just as the ceremony began, light rain began to fall. But instead of running for cover, everyone leaned in—with umbrellas, shawls, and big smiles.
There was something poetic about the moment. The rain felt like a blessing.
A Fusion of Traditions and Timeless Memories
From the colorful Sangeet and intricate Mehndi designs to the emotional Western vows and champagne toasts, the wedding weekend was a seamless blend of cultures. It was a celebration of roots, identity, and unity. There was dancing, laughter, and moments of quiet tenderness—all of which we had the honor of capturing.
As photo and video storytellers, we focused on preserving these contrasts and connections: the details in the lehenga, the raw emotion in the vows, and the spontaneous bursts of laughter during the rain.
